April 23:

District Music Contest.  There weren't any large ensembles allowed, so it was just small groups.  IC played sax in a quintet and Miss A sang a duet with Adela, her friend.  Both got a II on their performances, but they did a great job!

 

Trap Team

 March-May:

Both IC and Miss E shot on the 4-H trap team this year.  IC won the high sr handicap team and high 22-23 yard award at the home trap meet, he was also on the high handicap team the first conference trap meet. After conference, the kids also shot at the State Trap Meet.  They didn't place but they still did well. 

Speech Awards Night

April 19:

Speech Awards Night - the members talked, the State winning OID performed, and Miss A lettered in Speech.

FBLA State Convention

April 14:

State FBLA convention (virtually) for IC resulted in him getting 2nd in American Enterprise (with 2 other girls) and 5th in Entrepreneurship.  Pretty awesome, I thought! So, his presentation for American Enterprise qualified for National Convention.
